Terms of Use.
Last updated 8 October 2026. These terms cover the Ergomatic app and website. If you use either, you agree to them.
Use the service.
Ergomatic helps you plan, row and record indoor workouts. Keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with the service or another rower’s account.
Train within your limits.
Workout targets and other training information are not medical advice. You decide whether and how to exercise. Stop if something feels wrong and seek advice from a qualified professional when you need it.
Subscriptions.
If you subscribe in the app, Apple or Google handles payment. The price and billing period appear before you confirm a purchase. A subscription renews until you cancel it through your store account. You may delete your Ergomatic account while subscribed, but deletion does not cancel store billing.
Availability.
Ergomatic is in alpha. We may change or stop features, and the service may be interrupted. We provide it as is, without a promise that it will always be available or error-free.
Independent.
Ergomatic is independent and is not affiliated with Concept2, Inc. Concept2, RowErg and PM5 are trademarks of their respective owner.
Questions.
Ergomatic LLC is based in Pennsylvania, USA. To the extent the law allows, Pennsylvania law governs these terms and courts in Pennsylvania are the venue for disputes. Write to hello@ergomatic.io with questions.
